With a Freight Forwarding career spanning 12 years, it was only natural that when I decided to move into recruitment, it would be within the industry that I have held and still hold a true passion for. My experience as a Team Leader and Operations Manager within the Freight Forwarding industry has given me the insight that is needed when recruiting a role for any of my valued clients – being that the skill set is completely unique to this industry.
From Day 1 back in 2016, the Insync Personnel team has suited both my personality and working style. It was a perfect match right from the start. Fast forward to 2019 and the Melbourne Branch has grown significantly and continues to do so at a steady pace. I put this down to the robust relationships that have been formed and held with clients and candidates alike – both being equally important to manage as a Recruitment Agency. I am extremely proud of this, along with the ability of the team to be 360 degree specialist recruiters!
Becoming the Melbourne Branch Manager is a goal that I have been working towards from Day 1, and I believe this has been achieved due to the combination of loyalty, sustained success and hard work.
I’m excited to see what the future holds for Insync Personnel and the Melbourne Branch. We hold a strong presence in the local market and believe that this can only improve further in the coming years.
