With so many new Insync faces, a new office opening up in Sydney CBD (back to the old stomping grounds for Matt & Leanne!) and increasing demand for candidates we’re going to knock this year out of the park!
To help us charge ahead in 2017 we’re on the lookout for recruitment consultants that can match our team’s enthusiasm and passion for all things shipping, freight, customs and warehousing.
Insync Personnel is 7 years young! We were created to offer the Australian industry a genuine and results focused recruitment partner! Since inception Insync has continued to develop our footprint within the Autralian International Trade Sector and as a result we need more motivated, tenacious and business minded Recruitment Consultant’s to join our team!
Insync Personnel provides white-collar and blue-collar recruitment services to Freight Forwarders, Customs Agencies, Shipping Lines, Airlines, Domestic transport operators, Importers, Exporters, Manufacturers, Distribution, Commodity Traders and all other associated industries.
Insync is seeking candidates either from any of our target industries (with at least 3 – 5 years minimum local experience) who are interested in pursuing a career in recruitment specialising in International Freight and Logistics OR candidates that are currently working in recruitment and perhaps are looking for a change or simply want to work within one of the most rewarding commission schemes in the game!
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
• Conducting interviews with potential candidates
• Liaising with clients on a daily basis and visiting them as required
• Writing advertisements for listed positions
• Negotiating Rates and Terms of Business
• Attending industry functions as required (NSW, Interstate and International)
• Constant interaction with clients and industry bodies and rapport building – phone, email, in person, in social and office environments.
